Pick-Up Policy

The option of in-store pick-up must be chosen during the checkout process and, once the payment has been processed, it cannot be changed at a later time.

The following are the steps to use this option:

1. Add the desired products to your shopping cart.
2. During the checkout process, select the "Pick-Up" option under "Delivery Method".
3. You will receive an email 24-48 hours after your order, notifying you when your order is ready for pick-up.
4. Once you have received the email indicating that your order is ready for pick-up, please proceed to the store.
5. Upon pickup, we kindly request that you approach customer service and present evidence of the email, along with confirmation that the items are ready for pickup.
6. Your order will be available for pickup for a maximum period of 10 days from notification of store pickup. Orders not claimed after this period may be subject to cancellation without refund.
