Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

  • We offer free shipping on purchases with a subtotal of $150 or more (taxes not included in the calculation).
  • Once the payment has been processed, no modifications or changes can be made to the selected shipping option.

Processing

  • Order processing will take place at our fulfillment center and will take 24 hours for in-stock items. For special order or back order items, an email will be sent with information.
  • Orders cannot be modified once placed.
  • Multidesk is not responsible for unexpected delays caused by the Postal Service.

Post-Delivery Responsibility

  • Multidesk is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged once delivered, nor for those affected due to an incorrect address provided. The sole responsibility rests with the customer to claim any lost, stolen or damaged items directly with the appropriate postal carrier or credit card company after the items have been registered as delivered to the customer's address.

Shipping to Puerto Rico

  • Unless otherwise selected, all orders are delivered by Multidesk.
  • After processing, shipping time will take 2 to 7 days, depending on the final destination.
  • Although most shipments are delivered within 3 business days after ordering, you should allow up to 6 business days for delivery, as processing and shipping times may vary.

Incorrect Address

  • In the event that a package is returned due to an incomplete/incorrect address, a new shipment will be made at the customer's expense. We strongly emphasize the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping information during the checkout process.
